Yes! Please provide your business details during checkout. In the “Payment” step, fill in the “Company” field with your billing information in the following format:
Company Name (VAT ID: XXXXXXX).
Our website does not automatically deduct VAT at checkout. To receive a VAT refund, place your order as usual and enter your valid VAT ID and company name at checkout. Once we verify your VAT ID, we will capture only the net value of your payment, and the VAT will be refunded.

To maintain the beauty of your wooden desk:
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth along the grain pattern.
- For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
- If the wood appears dry or whitish, lightly sand it with fine-grit sandpaper (e.g., 240 grit) and apply a commercial wood oil (transparent oil works best).
For non-wood materials (e.g., metal or fabric components):
- Use a soft cloth and mild detergent for cleaning.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners to prevent scratches or damage.

We begin production of custom products within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us at support@fisua.com as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Yes, we offer custom modifications and personalizations for an additional fee. If you have a specific design in mind, email us at support@fisua.com with your requirements, and we’ll provide a quote.
You can cancel or modify your order if it hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us at support@fisua.com as soon as possible. Note that this does not apply to custom products once production has started.
